Shipping policy

 

Glide ships to all corners of Australia, we use various shipping providers to achieve the best, most cost effective and efficient solution to get your chair to you, wherever you are!

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight type of spare part or chair and the location of delivery, costs will vary for every order, this is also inclusive of spare parts.

Delivery timing is dependent on our shipping partners but typically you can expect your chair or part in 7-14 business days.


Order Dispatch Timelines

Scripted chairs: Scripted chairs are typically dispatched 3 weeks from order date, provided any third party parts that are required, are available during this time.

Spare Parts: Typically spare parts are dispatched within 48 hours, provided they are in stock and do not require any modification. Parts not in stock or requiring modification may take longer than 48 hours.

Boxed Goods: Boxed goods such as the wheel air system, off the shelf spare parts or non-scripted chairs are Typically dispatched within 24 hours of order


Delivery

Do I need to be home for my delivery? This is dependent on the type of product that is being delivered. If you are expecting a large product or device, you or a representative will need to be home to direct the delivery driver on where to leave the product. If it is a Scripted chair you will need to be home to receive the product and given an induction on how to use your new Glide Chair.

If it is a small item, if indicated our delivery partner will leave it in a safe location, or deposit it at the nearest post office.
